Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Chesapeake Energy is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with opportunities for growth and development within the company. As an entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues - Assist in maintaining client accounts and updating relevant information in the database - Prepare reports and presentations for clients as needed - Contribute to strategic initiatives by leveraging data to inform decisions and drive business growth

Requirements: - Passionate about customer service and building relationships with clients - Reliable and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in a client service or customer-facing role is preferred
