Job Description:
Northwestern Mutual is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely from Toronto, Ontario. This position is ideal for individuals with mid-to-senior level experience, at least 7 years in the financial industry, who possess a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones - Coordinate communication between clients and financial advisors to ensure all needs are met - Analyze and evaluate client financial goals and develop personalized financial plans - Oversee client account management, including monitoring investments, retirement planning, and insurance policies - Assist with administrative tasks to support financial advisors in their day-to-day operations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in the financial services industry - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite - Hardworking and motivated attitude, with excellent time management skills - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate financial recommendations to clients
