Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Quanta Services is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to work remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client services, the ideal candidate will be confident, independent, creative, and possess strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all client communication. 2. Develop and implement client service strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Track and report on key performance metrics related to client service and satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management. 7. Travel occasionally to meet with clients in person and attend industry conferences.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in client services or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. 5. Creativity and problem-solving skills. 6. Leadership experience or potential. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
