As the Client Service Manager at XPO Logistics, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role is remote and part-time, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving problems in a timely manner. - Develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services. - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client services or a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. - Excellent presentation skills and a knack for innovation. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
