Job Description:
U.S. Bancorp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote-based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client service management, the ideal candidate will possess a strong drive and adaptability to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and satisfaction - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client service activities and resolve any issues that arise - Implement strategic initiatives to enhance client experience and drive business growth - Lead client meetings and presentations to provide updates on service performance and discuss opportunities for improvement - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing changes as necessary to address any concerns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for client service improvement - Develop and implement client service policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of success in client service management, preferably in the financial services industry - Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Drive to exceed client expectations and deliver results
