Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


FirstEnergy, a leading energy company in Montreal, Quebec, is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and goals - Develop and implement strategic plans to meet clients' objectives and drive revenue growth - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members on client service best practices - Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or escalations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client service management, preferably in the energy industry - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members - Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
