Client Service Officer - Remote Work

We are looking for a motivated and independent Client Service Officer to join our team at Avon Products as a remote worker based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing product information and guidance to clients - Processing orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue - Collaborating with team members to continuously improve processes and services - Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptability to handle challenging situations and changing priorities - Innovative thinking to provide creative solutions to client needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
