Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Graybar Electric, a leading provider of electrical equipment and solutions, is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to develop their skills in client service and support.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Assist in creating and delivering presentations to clients to showcase our products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate activities and ensure client satisfaction - Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and be a proactive team player - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
