Job Description:
Cigna is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis with remote work options in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Conduct research and problem-solving to provide accurate and effective solutions to client issues. 3. Update client records in the database with relevant information and documentation. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings. 6. Stay up to date on Cigna products, services, and industry trends to better serve our clients. 7. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Driven and confident personality traits. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work.
