Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Desjardins Group is currently seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative - Remote Work in Toronto, Ontario. This position is part-time and is well-suited for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring all their needs are met - Assist clients with account management, transactions, and resolving any issues or concerns - Educate clients on Desjardins Group products and services - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients - Emotional intelligence to understand and respond to clients' needs - Comfortable working in a remote setting - No previous experience required, training will be provided
