Job Description:
Terex is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative, working remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in client service.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and provide assistance - Research and gather information to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively - Manage client projects to ensure deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded - Nurture relationships with clients to increase satisfaction and loyalty - Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our database - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our service offerings - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent research skills to gather information effectively - Basic project management skills to handle client projects efficiently - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software - Hardworking and driven attitude to exceed expectations - Ability to work part-time hours remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia
