Job Description:
KKR is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Service Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position with 1 year of experience, this role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Handle client inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner - Educate clients on products, services, and solutions to meet their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues - Assist with client onboarding and account management processes - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to gather feedback and improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Prior experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus - Must be able to work remotely with a stable internet connection
