Job Description - Client Service Specialist - Remote Work


Job Description:


Guardian Life Ins. Co. of America is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for candidates who are independent, adaptable, creative, and have natural leadership abilities.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist clients with account management, policy inquiries, and general insurance-related questions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system - Stay informed on industry trends and updates to best serve our clients - Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Creativity and a proactive approach to client service - Natural leadership qualities to guide clients through complex issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in a related field preferred
