Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Entergy is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This role will be a remote position, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, or online chat. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary. 4. Analyze and interpret client data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance the overall client experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients. 7. Complete administrative tasks as needed to support the client service team.

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking individual with strong communication skills. 2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 3. Proven experience in a client service or related role. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
