Job Description:
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our remote team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in client services or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliver on their expectations - Monitor and track client performance metrics, providing regular updates to management - Provide strategic recommendations to help clients achieve their goals and objectives - Assist in developing client service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Handle escalated client issues with diplomacy and efficiency to ensure a positive resolution - Work independently to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Resilient attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure - Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills - Experience with CRM systems and other client service software - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
