Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Toronto, Ontario. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a confident and resourceful individual with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and innovation skills to effectively support our clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and account maintenance - Process client orders, refunds, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database - Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the client experience - Communicate effectively with clients to build strong relationships and loyalty to the brand

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
