League is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level role, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or client support position.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 3. Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our platform. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and timely resolution of client requests. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure client satisfaction. 6. Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance the overall client support experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates, new features, and industry trends to better assist clients.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork skills. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other client support tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
