Job Description:
First Data is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team remotely in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client support roles, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client feedback and performance metrics - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their client support skills - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continually improve client support processes
Requirements: - Proven track record of at least 7 years in client support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Dedicated and driven personality traits - Cooperation and innovation as key soft skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
