Interpublic Group is seeking a dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team on a remote basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a part-time employee at the Associate Level, the Client Support Officer will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Answer client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 4. Assist clients in navigating our products and services, offering guidance and support as needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system for future reference. 6. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new business opportunities and support in the onboarding process. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information and insights. 9. Handle confidential client information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support or similar role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Adaptable and energetic personality with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. 6. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 7. Innovative mindset with a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches.
