Job Description - Client Support Officer - Remote Work


Job description:


As a Client Support Officer at Hilton Worldwide Holdings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely from your location in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Researching and analyzing client needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. 4. Collaborating with other teams within the company to coordinate efforts and deliver comprehensive support to clients. 5. Documenting and tracking client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance the client experience. 7. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company.


Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in a client support or customer service role for at least 4 years. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to analyze complex issues. 4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals and exceed client expectations. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment. 6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other digital tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
