Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team at eBay. This is a remote work position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and accurate manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with returns or exchanges - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns effectively - Identifying and escalating any trends or patterns in client issues to improve overall customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance the client support experience
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards issue resolution - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment - Resilient and adaptable personality traits, with a strong ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Critical thinking skills and creativity to find innovative solutions to client issues
