Job Description: BB&T Corp. is seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be completely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally - Utilize strong negotiation skills to resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise - Manage client relationships effectively, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Provide guidance and support to clients on products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills - Strong people management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts with diplomacy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
