Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Specialist to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for remote work based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and general questions - Educate clients on our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Strong communication skills - Creativity and problem-solving abilities - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
