Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Overview: Amazon is seeking a talented Client Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate level, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in client support. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues and escalations - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions - Proactively identify areas for improvement in client support processes and tools - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients


Requirements: - Independent and reliable work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Creativity and persuasion skills to effectively engage with clients - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus - Visa sponsorship available
