Job Description:
Simon Property Group is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations. - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. - Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management to ensure prompt resolution. - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients. - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Experience in customer service or client support roles. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. - Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
