Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Manulife is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary - Educate clients on our products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Resourceful and passionate about helping others - Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve - Creativity and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a quiet workspace with high-speed internet connection - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree preferred
