Job Description:
CarMax, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for candidates who are resilient, dedicated, demonstrate leadership skills, and can adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Providing assistance and support to customers with vehicle purchases, trade-ins, and financing options - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Managing customer data and updating records in the CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following company policies and procedures to provide consistent service to customers
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Leadership and adaptability soft skills
