Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


MGM Resorts International is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team remotely in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time, entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: adaptable and energetic, as well as soft skills in leadership and people management.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and emails from clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist with resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Update customer information in the database and maintain accurate records of interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Provide administrative support to the contact center team as needed.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Must have a quiet and professional work environment for remote work.
