Job Description - Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Live Nation Entertainment is looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Contact Center Associates for remote work in Montreal, Quebec. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in the entertainment industry.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding ticket purchases, event information, and general inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide accurate information - Assist with data entry and maintaining customer records in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures - Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives that give back to the community


Requirements: - Must be motivated and hardworking with a positive attitude - Strong people management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Proficient in using computer systems and navigating online platforms - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work part-time hours with the possibility of paid overtime - High school diploma or equivalent
