Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Hormel Foods, a leading food company in Montreal, Quebec, is seeking a motivated and resilient Contact Center Associate to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Contact Center Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and quality standards set by the company - Participating in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
