Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


FMC Technologies is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility of remote work. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center representatives, ensuring optimal performance and productivity - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and overall efficiency - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and service delivery - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the contact center remains competitive - Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a positive work culture - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a contact center management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
