Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and energetic Contact Center Manager to join our team at Aramark in Toronto, Ontario. This role will be a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Contact Center Manager will work remotely, managing a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, efficiency, and productivity - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure team goals are met - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Conduct regular team meetings and provide training and development opportunities for team members - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and contact center management


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions - Strong time management and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
