Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

EOG Resources is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, remote work position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our contact center team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. You will lead a team of contact center agents, providing training, coaching, and support to ensure that they deliver exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement contact center strategies to achieve key performance indicators and targets - Monitor and analyze contact center metrics to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to contact center agents - Manage scheduling and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management - Implement new technologies and tools to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in contact center management - Proven track record of driving performance improvements and achieving targets - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong planning and project management skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
