Anadarko Petroleum, a leading oil and gas company, is seeking a talented and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center team, which handles all inbound and outbound customer communications. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support while also driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the contact center.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, call quality, and overall contact center performance - Analyze contact center metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement - Implement new technologies and tools to streamline contact center operations and improve efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a consistent customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a similar field (preferred) - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving KPI targets - Hardworking and independent with a strong work ethic - Time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
