Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Mohawk Industries is seeking an experienced and dynamic Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position should have at least 7 years of experience in contact center management or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the contact center operation, including staff management, performance monitoring, and quality assurance. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, efficiency, and overall performance of the contact center. - Lead and motivate a team of contact center agents to achieve performance targets and provide exceptional customer service. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes. - Implement training programs for contact center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in contact center management or a related field. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits. - Excellent presentation and time management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). - Experience with contact center software and technology. - Ability to work independently and remotely.
