Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Job description:

As a Remote Contact Center Representative at Danaher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is part-time, entry-level, and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written) - High school diploma or equivalent
