Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


NCR is seeking a dedicated and energetic Contact Center Specialist to join our remote team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company database. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. 3. Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. 5. Comfortable working in a remote environment and using virtual communication tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Experience using CRM software is a plus.
