Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

INTL FCStone is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Montreal, Quebec. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent, motivated, and possess strong research and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to address customer questions and concerns - Assist customers with account setup, account management, and product inquiries - Utilize persuasive communication skills to upsell products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Persuasion skills to effectively sell products and services - Must be motivated and eager to learn - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
