Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Associate at Hershey, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from Toronto, Ontario. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics

Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Adaptable and passionate personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Persuasion and strategic planning soft skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home
