Job Description - Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team at SAP Canada, based in Montreal, Quebec. This is a remote work position, perfect for individuals who are driven, reliable, and have a strong sense of emotional intelligence and teamwork. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in customer care or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer care through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with the team - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer care or a related field - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Driven and reliable with a positive attitude - Emotional intelligence and strong teamwork skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English and French (both written and verbal)
