Job Description - Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Associate at Live Nation Entertainment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a remote work setting. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all individuals interacting with our company. You will represent Live Nation Entertainment in a professional and friendly manner, serving as the front-line contact for all customer-related matters.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with ticket purchases, refunds, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Provide feedback to management to improve customer service processes


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Reliable and confident personality - Excellent planning and people management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
