Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Care Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and upsell new products or services to customers. 6. Utilize innovation and planning skills to come up with creative solutions to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 5. Experience using customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk. 6. Previous experience working in a remote customer service role is preferred.
