Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Group 1 Automotive is seeking a remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer care management. This part-time role requires a dedicated and resilient individual who possesses excellent planning and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development and growth - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care management


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer care management - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in customer relationship management software and tools - Ability to work remotely and effectively manage a virtual team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
