Job Description:
PPG Industries, a leading global supplier of paints, coatings, and specialty materials, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia on a part-time remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer care strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and improve customer experience - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Train and mentor customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred - Proven experience in a customer care or customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Ability to think creatively and innovate - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
