Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

The Customer Care Manager at J.M. Smucker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer care policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient attitude to handle challenging customer situations effectively. 2. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in resolving customer issues. 3. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
