Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a diligent and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team at Host Hotels & Resorts. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. We are seeking a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer care management, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.


As the Customer Care Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of customer service for our guests. This includes handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company. You will also be responsible for training and supervising a team of customer care representatives, as well as implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.


In addition to managing day-to-day customer service operations, you will also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. You will work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that customer care practices align with company policies and objectives.


To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong sense of innovation and creativity. You should be reliable and motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
