Job Description - Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


United Technologies is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer for remote work in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority, requiring at least 1 year of experience.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns through various communication channels - Provide exceptional customer service by handling and resolving customer complaints with tact and professionalism - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that align with their requirements - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to internal processes - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators


Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual with a strong desire to assist customers - Excellent persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence customers - Demonstrated leadership skills to guide customers through problem-solving processes - Ability to work remotely and effectively manage time and tasks - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
