Job Description - Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Officer to join our team at Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America. This is a part-time, remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA, suitable for entry-level candidates with no prior experience required. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to policyholders and potential clients.


Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner - Providing information on insurance products and services - Assisting customers with policy changes, claims inquiries, and general inquiries - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the company database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work remotely - Strong planning and analysis skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a secure and private work environment for remote work - Must be eligible to work in Canada
