Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and passionate individual to join our team at NAV Canada as a Customer Care Officer. This position is remote and part-time, based in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Use strategic planning and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues - Demonstrate emotional intelligence when dealing with difficult customers and situations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - A proactive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with remote work and a high-speed internet connection - Strategic planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure
