Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Newmont Mining is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our remote team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess the qualities of resilience and creativity.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services 2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience 6. Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies for improvement 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 8. Stay up to date on company policies and products to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Creative approach to handling customer inquiries and complaints 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 8. High school diploma or equivalent
